Welcome to Christian Revival Network (“CRN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Killeen Christian Broadcasting Corporation.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ChristianRevivalNetwork.com, related CRN websites, participant accounts, ministry profiles, resources, subscriptions, media services, AI or translation features, forms, communications, and other services provided by CRN.

By accessing or using CRN services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Purpose of CRN

Christian Revival Network exists to help connect believers, ministries, churches, leaders, organizations, resources, and Kingdom initiatives in support of Christian revival, spiritual awakening, ministry collaboration, discovery, participation, and global Kingdom impact.

CRN provides infrastructure for connection. Participation in CRN does not by itself constitute endorsement by CRN of every statement, doctrine, ministry practice, organization, leader, resource, event, or piece of content appearing within or linked from the network.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You may use CRN only in compliance with applicable law.

If you create an account or participate on behalf of a ministry, church, organization, business, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to provide the information submitted and to act on that organization's behalf for the purposes involved.

3. Account Responsibility

When account functionality is provided, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining current account information, protecting login credentials, using strong authentication practices, preventing unauthorized use of your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share credentials in a manner that defeats CRN security or access controls.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CRN to:

• violate applicable law;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• misrepresent your authority or affiliation;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information;
• defeat authentication or security controls;
• probe, scan, exploit, attack, or disrupt CRN infrastructure without written authorization;
• introduce malware, harmful code, or destructive content;
• harvest participant data without authorization;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
• engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;
• publish information you do not have authority to disclose;
• violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• distribute unlawful or intentionally harmful material; or
• use CRN in a manner that threatens the security, availability, integrity, or mission of the network.

5. Participant and Ministry Content

You retain ownership of original content that you lawfully own and submit to CRN.

When you submit content for publication, distribution, translation, processing, hosting, or display through CRN, you grant CRN a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, distribute, translate, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to CRN.

6. Rights to Submitted Content

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for anything you submit to CRN, including photographs, video, audio, music, logos, written material, sermons, presentations, testimony, ministry materials, names and likenesses, copyrighted works, and information concerning other people.

7. Minors in Media and Content

Special care must be taken with content involving children. Do not submit identifiable photographs, video, personal information, testimony, or other content concerning a minor unless you have appropriate legal authority and all permissions required for CRN to use the content as requested.

8. Participation Plans and Subscriptions

CRN may offer paid participation plans, subscriptions, enhanced features, media services, storage, AI services, translation services, or other paid capabilities.

The specific price, billing frequency, services, usage allowances, renewal provisions, and other material plan terms presented at the time of purchase will form part of your agreement with CRN.

If platform, storage, media, AI, translation, or other usage allowances have not yet been expressly defined for a plan, CRN will not impose a new usage-based overage charge without first disclosing the applicable pricing or terms.

9. Payments

You authorize CRN and its authorized payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for purchases or recurring services you select.

Cancellation, refund, renewal, and payment terms presented during checkout or in a specific participation agreement are incorporated into these Terms and will control with respect to that transaction.

10. Contributions and Donations

CRN or an affiliated Christian organization may provide opportunities to financially support ministry activities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a contribution does not purchase ownership, governance authority, equity, control, or a financial interest in CRN.

Whether a particular contribution qualifies for a charitable deduction depends on applicable law and the organization receiving the contribution. Contributors should consult their own tax adviser concerning individual tax consequences.

11. Artificial Intelligence

CRN may make AI-assisted services available for functions such as translation, transcription, media processing, discovery, content organization, search, drafting assistance, or other platform functions.

AI-generated or AI-assisted results may contain errors, omissions, mistranslations, or inaccurate statements.

AI output should not be treated as an authoritative substitute for Scripture, pastoral discernment, theological review, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or independent factual verification.

12. Translation

Automated or AI-assisted translations can fail to capture theological meaning, cultural context, idioms, names, Scripture terminology, or nuances of the original speaker or author.

Important translated material should be reviewed by a qualified human translator or knowledgeable ministry representative when accuracy is consequential.

13. CRN Intellectual Property

Except for participant-owned content and third-party material, CRN websites, platform design, original written material, branding, logos, software, graphics, systems, and other CRN-created materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.

14. Ministry Listings, Discovery, and Connections

CRN may provide tools that allow users to discover ministries, resources, leaders, events, or organizations. CRN cannot independently verify every representation made by every participant.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate discernment, due diligence, safeguarding review, financial review, credential verification, or other investigation before entering significant relationships.

15. Third-Party Services

CRN may depend on or link to third-party providers for services such as infrastructure, payments, communications, media, AI, translation, analytics, conferencing, websites, or ministry resources.

CRN is not responsible for independent third-party services outside CRN's control.

16. Security

CRN is being designed with security as a core architectural principle. Users must not circumvent or interfere with security safeguards.

If you discover a suspected security vulnerability affecting CRN, please report it privately to CRN rather than publicly disclosing or exploiting it.

17. Suspension or Termination

CRN may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the network or its users, respond to a security incident, address fraud or abuse, investigate a material violation of these Terms, comply with law, prevent unauthorized access, address nonpayment, or protect CRN's ministry mission and operations.

18. Availability and Changes to Services

CRN is an evolving platform. Features may be introduced, changed, improved, replaced, suspended, or discontinued.

Planned or developmental features described in demonstrations, presentations, roadmaps, or other materials are not guaranteed to be released unless specifically included in a binding agreement.

19. No Professional Advice

Information provided through CRN is generally intended for ministry, educational, informational, networking, or operational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CRN does not provide legal, tax, investment, medical, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

20. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRN services are provided on an “as available” basis.

CRN does not warrant that every service will operate without interruption, all participant-supplied information will be accurate, every ministry connection will produce a particular result, automated translations will be error-free, AI-generated material will be accurate, or CRN services will meet every user's individual requirements.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRN and its authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use CRN services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you unlawfully submit, infringement of another person's rights, misuse of CRN services, your material violation of these Terms, or activities undertaken through an account under your control where you are legally responsible for those activities.

23. Privacy

Use of CRN is also governed by the CRN Privacy Policy, which explains CRN's information-handling practices and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

24. Governing Law

Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding not otherwise subject to a legally required jurisdiction will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving the location of CRN's principal office.

25. Changes to These Terms

CRN may update these Terms as services, technology, participation models, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the CRN website with its effective date.
