CRN exists to connect believers, ministries, leaders, organizations, and communities around the world for the advancement of Christian revival, spiritual awakening, collaboration, ministry discovery, and global Kingdom impact.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:
- ChristianRevivalNetwork.com and related CRN websites;
- CRN registration, interest, participation, and onboarding forms;
- ministry and participant profiles;
- CRN subscriptions and participation plans;
- resource and media services;
- contact and support forms;
- surveys;
- email and other CRN communications;
- payment or contribution processes;
- AI-assisted, translation, search, discovery, and related platform features; and
- other CRN services that link to this Privacy Policy.
Third-party websites and services may have their own privacy policies and are not governed by this Policy.
2. Information We May Collect
Information You Provide
This may include:

- ministry, church, organization, or business name;
- role or ministry function;
- website and social-media information;
- ministry interests, needs, capabilities, and areas of service;
- participation-plan selections;
- onboarding information;
- survey responses;
- information submitted through support or change-request forms;
- communications you send to CRN;
- profile photographs or other images;
- documents, video, audio, testimony, ministry descriptions, or other media you choose to submit; and
- other information you voluntarily provide.
Account and Platform Information
When CRN account functionality is available, we may maintain information concerning:
- account identity;
- organization or ministry affiliation;
- platform permissions and roles;
- account status;
- subscription status;
- participation history;
- settings and preferences; and
- security and audit events.
Payment and Transaction Information
When you purchase a CRN participation plan, make a payment, or make a contribution, payment information may be collected and processed by an authorized payment processor.
CRN generally does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We may retain transaction-related information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, date, subscription or plan, billing status, and records necessary for accounting, reconciliation, legal, or reporting purposes.
Technical and Usage Information
Our systems and service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device type;
- operating system;
- date and time of access;
- pages or resources accessed;
- referring pages;
- session information;
- security events;
- diagnostic data;
- approximate geographic information derived from an IP address; and

3. Information We Ask You Not to Submit
Unless CRN specifically requests information through an authorized secure process, please do not provide passwords, authentication codes, private encryption keys, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, bank credentials, government identification numbers, confidential medical records, or other highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the requested CRN service.

- establish and maintain participant accounts;
- process interest and onboarding requests;
- determine appropriate participation pathways;
- provide requested CRN services;
- administer participation plans and subscriptions;

- provide requested ministry connections;
- create and administer ministry or participant profiles;
- operate discovery and search functions;
- provide translation or AI-enabled functionality;
- provide customer or ministry support;
- maintain platform security;
- detect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or security threats;
- maintain audit and transaction records;
- diagnose technical problems;
- improve CRN services and user experience;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect CRN, its participants, and others; and
- carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected.
5. Ministry Profiles and Information Intended for Publication
Certain CRN services are designed to help ministries, leaders, organizations, resources, and Kingdom initiatives become discoverable.
If you create or authorize a public-facing profile, information specifically designated for publication may be visible to others.
Do not submit information for public display that you do not have authority to publish.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Translation Services
CRN may provide AI-assisted or automated functions including translation, transcription, media processing, content assistance, discovery, or other platform capabilities.
When you intentionally use one of these functions, content necessary to perform the requested service may be processed by CRN or an authorized technology provider.
AI and automated translation systems can make mistakes. Users should independently review important translations, theological material, quotations, names, factual statements, legal information, financial information, and other consequential content before relying upon or publishing it.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
CRN and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website operation, authentication, security, maintaining preferences, traffic measurement, diagnostics, and understanding how CRN services are used.
Where required by applicable law, CRN will provide appropriate cookie choices or obtain consent before using non-essential technologies.
8. How Information May Be Shared
CRN may disclose information to organizations or individuals that help us operate the network, including providers of website infrastructure and hosting, cybersecurity and content-delivery services, customer relationship management, communications and email services, payment processing, data storage, software development, technical support, analytics, media delivery, artificial intelligence, transcription, translation, and other operational services.
CRN may also disclose information when you request or authorize the disclosure; when necessary to complete a requested ministry connection or service; to comply with law; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security threats; to protect CRN, our participants, or others; or as part of a lawful organizational restructuring or transfer of operations.
9. Sale of Personal Information and Targeted Advertising
CRN does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
CRN is not designed as an advertising-data marketplace, and CRN does not intend to use personal information for third-party targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Data Security
CRN uses administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse.
Our security approach may include identity and access controls, role-based authorization, tenant or organizational data separation, encrypted communications, security monitoring, protected infrastructure, logging and audit controls, limited administrative access, service-provider security requirements, backup and recovery processes, and security testing.
No website, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, CRN cannot promise absolute security.
11. Data Minimization and Retention
CRN seeks to collect and retain only information reasonably necessary for legitimate organizational, ministry, operational, security, accounting, contractual, or legal purposes.
When information is no longer reasonably required, CRN may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements and operational policies.
12. International Participants and Data Transfers
CRN is based in the United States and is intended to serve a global network. Information submitted to CRN may therefore be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where CRN's authorized service providers operate.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, CRN will apply legally required protections.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable, and exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
CRN may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
14. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, disclosure, sale, sharing, sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination.
CRN does not currently sell personal information for monetary compensation or intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
15. Texas Privacy Rights
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, certain opt-outs, and appeals of decisions concerning consumer requests.
16. Children
CRN's general online services are not directed to children under 13, and CRN does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law.
Ministries or organizations participating in CRN that work with children remain responsible for obtaining all necessary parental permissions, releases, and legal authorizations before submitting children's personal information, photographs, video, testimony, or other content to CRN.
17. Email and Communications
If you request information, join CRN, begin onboarding, purchase a participation plan, or otherwise establish a relationship with CRN, we may send administrative, transactional, ministry-related, or service communications reasonably connected to that relationship.
Marketing or promotional communications will include legally required methods for changing communication preferences.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
CRN may link to ministry websites, churches, organizations, payment services, videos, social networks, or other third-party resources. CRN does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
CRN may update this Privacy Policy as the network, technology, legal requirements, or services evolve. The current version will be posted on the CRN website with an updated effective date.
